Abstract
The new cast Al alloy with high strength was researched.Its heat treatment process and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the best heat treatment process of the alloy is solution treatment at 550 ℃ for 10 h,then water quenching,aging at 150 ℃ for 12 h.Under the condition of heat treatment process,the new Al alloy has the best mechanical properties: σb=479 MPa,δ5=5%.
