Analysis on the Problems in the Development and Management of the Human Resource of the Private Enterprises

This paper analyzes mainly on the problems existing in the development and management of the human resource of the private enterprises,holds that backward management of the enterprise is one of the main factors restricting the development of the private enterprise,being as a function of the management of the enterprise,the position of the human resource development and management has been placed up to a strategical position compatible with the requirement of the long-term development of the enterprise,and carrying out the effective human resource development and management is a practicable path for the private enterprise to lift the management level.
