On the Strategic Perspective of Human Resources Management of the Growing Private Enterprise

Human resources as enterprise survival and development of the fundamental guarantee that its management has scholars wide attention.The private enterprise as China's economic development is one of the important strength,its human resources management has some particularity.With loyalty as the core of the standard and ruled the candidate as the system,and the incentive of asymmetric constraints educational system,constitute the private enterprise human resources management features.As the growth of the private enterprise its management of human resources,there exist many problems,such as lack of strategic human resource management concept,concentrated power,culture,professional talent shortage,lack of imperfect system,etc.Therefore,from the perspective of strategy implementation of the human resource management is enterprise's life cycle extended the important means.In this paper,through analysis of the growth in private enterprises of the management of human resources characteristics and existing problems,and puts forward the enterprise to set up the strategic human resource idea,perfect strategic human resource management of the ecological environment,constructing strategic human resource management system of enterprise development path.
