Abstract

As one of the key elements of economic development,Human resource has an important influence on private enterprise.American mode of human resource management is typical of an mechanic structure.Through the analysis of the mode,this article reveals the external factor of human resource management and the features of our private enterprises to promote the development of private enter prises.
