Abstract

Cooperative talents training mode between colleges and enterprises is hot topic on vocational technology education research.In light of the practice of the talents training mode carried out by NBCC,The paper reviews the background of the training mode and sums up the advantage and achievement.Meanwhile,an analysis on the key to the practice of the training mode and some suggestion are presented.
