Abstract

Taking Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology as an example,this paper introduces the guiding ideology and basic principles of the 2+1 talents training mode in higher vocational education,analyses some problems in traditional talents training scheme,and points out the guarantee in the process of implementing the 2+1 mode.
