Abstract

In to satisfy market requirement better,higher vocational hotel management major should actively carry out order form talents' training mode to realize the talents' training goal with employment as guidance and service as purpose.The specific strategies include the enhancement of cooperation with hotels,the insurance of quality,the cooperation of colleges and enterprises,the establishment of talents' training scheme together,and the enhancement of double-quality teaching staff and practical training bases.
