Curative effect observation on Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Losartan in treating elderly hypertension

Objective To investigate the curative effect observation of Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Losartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods 122 patients with elderly hypertension were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in the observation group received the treatment of Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Losartan,while the patients in the control group were treated with Losartan therapy.The changes of blood pressure,total efficiency,ischemic event rates,and adverse drug reaction between both groups were compared.Results The diastolic and systolic blood pressure were(81.12±9.82) mmHg and(126.74±11.32) mmHg of the patients in the observation group after 9 weeks treatment,they were lower than that before treatment,which showed significant differences(P0.05);The diastolic pressure was(88.14± 8.24) mmHg of the patients in control group after 9 weeks treatment,while it was(100.21±3.25) mmHg before the treatment,which showed significant difference(P0.05);The antihypertensive effect of the patients in the observation group after treatment was better than that in the control group,which showed significant difference(P0.05).The total effective rate was 96.72% in the observation group,while it was 80.33% in the control group,which showed significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions The therapy of Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with Losartan in treating the elderly hypertension can significantly improve the total efficiency,reduce the ischemic event rates,and have no increase in adverse drug reactions,which is worth popularizing.
