Abstract
Objective To discuss the efficacy of losartan and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension combined with diabetes. Methods Ninety patients with hypertension combined with diabetes were divided into observation group and control group, each group had 45 cases, two groups were given conventional treatment such as blood sugar observation, diet control, and motion and so on, control group was given losartan based on the conventional treatment, observation group was given losartan and nifedipine based on the conventional treatment, the change of FBG, Scr, UAER of two groups were detected before taking the medicine and after taking the medicine in 3 months. Results Improve degree of Scr, UAER of two groups in observation group were better than that of control group, there was significant difference (P 0.05). The effect of blood pressure control was better than that of control group (P 0.05). There were no complications in two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Losartan and nifedipine in the treatment of hypertension combined with diabetes has better effect than the treatment of using the losartan base on the blood pressure control, so it is worthy to use in clinic.
