Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety of ambroxol in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and effect of its to serum C-reactive protein. Methods 60 cases patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases.Control group were treated with conventional treatment, such as antibiotics, antiasthma and other drugs, not used glucocorticoid and expectorant;Treatment group were given ambroxol hydrochloride injection 90mg,intravenous infusion, two groups were treated for 10 days. After treatment, compared clinical effect and C-reactive protein level of two groups. Results 10d after treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group(90.0%) was higher than that of control group(80.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein level of two groups were significantly lower(P0.01);C-reactive protein level of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion Ambroxol in AECOPD has a significant effect, and can reduce C-reactive protein level.
