Abstract
Objective To explore the application and efficacy of the low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with ambroxol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Seventy-five patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=30).The patients of the two groups were treated with conventional therapy. In the treatment group, the low molecular weight heparin calcium and ambroxol were added in the therapy. The changes in the indicators and clinical symptoms were observed between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, there was significant difference in the clinical symptom score, the average days of hospital stay, the serum C-reactive protein(all P0.05).Compared in the same group before and after the treatment, there was significant difference in blood gas analysis and lung function(P0.05)in the treatment group(P0.01),and there was significant difference in blood gas analysis and lung function between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical therapeutic effect is exact in the treatment of AECOPD with low-molecular-weight heparin and inhalation ambroxol,so it is worthy to spread widely.
