Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of drug butylphthalide in the treatmant of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups at random.Sixty patients in control group were treated with Aspirin,Shuxuetong, and so on,while treatment group were given butylphthalide and individually the former basic treatment, with a course of 28d for each group. All selected patients were undertaken the NIHSS before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, there was a significant difference in the NIHSS between treatment group and control group at 14d and 28d(P0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide is effective and safe for acute cerebral infarction.
