Effects of follicle puncture in different growth in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of follicle puncture in different follicle growth in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 2009 January～2011 February in the hospital,accord the PCOS criteria, were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group,in the follicular development and ovarian follicle mature follicle aspiration.B ultrasound monitoring after ovulation guidance again,observation of nonpregnant patients puncture before and 1 after the puncture of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),T,antral follicle number;two groups were observed in patients with pregnancy, ovarian hyperstimulation(OHSS) incidence rate,miscarriage rate,human chorionic gonadotropin. Results After first follicle puncture,all the patients have declined in LH,T significantly(P 0.05).The antral follicle counts were declined too(P 0.05).The rates of OHSS and abortion reduced significantly in 1 group than 2 group(P 0.05). Conclusion Follicle puncture is an effective method for treating PCOS,we can select different follicle growth moment in accord with individual difference of patients.
