Abstract

11 maize hybrids of the Xishan in Guizhou and corresponding 15 inbred lines were analyzed with SSR molecular markers technique.60 primer pairs were screened and specific primers of parent complementary type were identified for every hybrids seed. And test maize hybrid purity using specific primers.
