Exploration on Some Law Problems Related to Medical Disputes

Corresponding to increasing medical disputes,the present settlement mechanism to the medical disputes lags apparently behind,which to large extent is owing to the mistaken idea still existent on the recognition to the relative laws about medical disputes.When discussing the various phenomenon of medical disputes,the basic concepts in medical law relationship must be analyzed and recognized,such as obligation of medical staff,the relationship between doctors and patients and medical contracts,which are the key to settle the law problems in all medical disputes.
