Strengthening the Legislation and Perfecting the Settlement Mechanism of Medical Disputes

Problems which appear when settling the medical disputes with non-law methods are focused on and a kind of mechanism in which non-law methods make disputes soar is introduced.Then by summarizing successful American experience to settle medical disputes with legal action and describing the present defects in our country in applying law to solve the medical disputes,this article puts forward relative proposition to perfect the medical legislation,which leads patients and hospitals to select law methods actively to solve the disputes and which also helps to establish harmonious relationship between patients and hospitals.
