Causative Analysis and Prevention Experience of Medical Disputes under the New Social Context

In China,medical disputes are increasing year by year,which has become a social hotspot.More medical disputes not only interfere with the normal working order of the hospital,but also affect social harmony.In this paper,we analyzed medical disputes from aspects of hospital,patients and social factors.We focused on introducing three reaching rules(i.e.said in place,done in place and written in place),in order to reduce medical disputes.
