Abstract

Objective:To study the vacuum extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods:Using the content of salvianolic acid B,ratio of dry extraction as indexes and using orthogonal experiment method to optimize vacuum extraction of radix salviae miltiorrhizae, then compared with the effects of different temperatures vacuum extraction. Results:It indicates that the best extraction efficiency of Salvia miltiorrhiza extraction process is boiling 3 times of 12 times the volume of water for2 hours.Content of salvianolic acid B with an increase in extraction temperature first increases and then decreases, content of70℃maximum,3.14%,content of 100℃minimum,to 2.46%.The ratio of dry extraction gradually increases with an increase in temperature,50℃minimum,38.95%,100℃up to 48.50%.Conclusion:Extraction temperature has a great influence in extraction of the salvianolic acid B.A suitable extraction temperature is 70℃.
