Abstract
Objective:To optimize extraction technology of Salvia miltiorrhiza.Method:With the content of salvianolic acid B,total salvianolic acid,tanshinoneⅡA,total tanshinone as indexes,the content of index ingredients were determined by HPLC,UV spectrophotometry and colorimetry,ethanol refluxing extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with taking the concentration of ethanol,extraction time,the amount of ethanol,size of material and extraction times as factors.Result:Optimum extraction technology was:S.miltiorrhiza was cut into sections,extracted 3 times with 10 folds the amount of 60% ethanol,2 hours each time.Conclusion:Extraction rate of water-soluble and fat-soluble constituents from S.miltiorrhiza was high by optimized technology,and it was stable and energy-saving.
