Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of serum TNF-α?IL-6?IL-8 levels in patients wiht hepatitis C.Methods Levels of serum TNF-α was detected by RIA,IL-6 and IL-8 by ELISA in 58 cases of hepatitis C and 35 normal controls. Results Serum levels of TNF-α?IL-6 and IL-8 were higher than those in normal controls(P 0.01),There were positive correlation between serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 and serum ALT and total bilirubin. Conclusion Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with hepatitis C are related to immune function injury degree of liver.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
