The level and significance of serum IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α,IFN-γ in the patients with hepatitis C

In order to study the level and sigificance of serum IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ of patients with hepatitis C(HC),33 Serum samples were detected from patients with hepatitis by ELISA It showed that the activity of IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α were higher than control (P0.01),The positive relationship were found between serum IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α level and severe degree of liver injury (P0.05),The serum IL-6 level with chronic HC was higher than with acute HC(P0.01),while IFN-γ activity lower(P0.05).It can be helpful to diagnosis of liver injury and determin trentment effect by detection serum of IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ.
