Abstract
目的 探讨苦参素对慢性肝炎TNF-α、IL-6的影响.方法87例CHB,随机分为A、B两组.A组采用苦参素治疗;B组甘利欣治疗,疗程3个月.观察肝脏组织及血清中肝功、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、IL-6的变化.结果苦参素可明显改善肝细胞损伤,显著降低血清中TNF-α、IL-6的水平,与对照组对比差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论苦参素的保肝作用,可能与抑制TNF-α、IL-6等介质释放有关。
