Specialty Teaching Team Building in the Context of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

School-enterprise cooperation and working-learning combination has become the focus of talent training in higher vocational colleges,and the teaching team construction is the foundation and start of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.Only by strengthening the teaching team construction can the higher vocational colleges enhance their ability to serve the local economy.Problems and methods are discussed in the paper about the specialty teaching team building in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.
