Abstract

Objective To study the value of X-ray mammography、High-frequency Ultrasound and the combine in the Diagnosis of Early Breast Cancer. Methods 58 cases in diameter 2.0 cm of early breast cancer do X-ray mammography and high-frequency ultrasound examination, and after diagnosis and control with Pathology. Results Simple mammography X-ray breast cancer diagnosis rate was 76.1 percent, simple ultrasound diagnosis rate was 82.6 percent, combine diagnostic rate was 91.3 percent.High-frequency ultrasound diagnosis in line with the rate higher than the X-ray mammography, combined the highest rate of diagnosis(P0.01),diameter1.0 cm was two there was no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion X-ray mammography calcification of the sensitive,high-frequency ultrasound on mass,sensitive,X-ray mammography with high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis can significantly improve the early diagnosis of breast cancer and with the exact clinical value.
