Abstract

Objective To explore the value of High-frequency ultrasound combined with mammography X-ray for the diagnosis of early breast cancer. Methods 68 cases suspected for early breast cancer patients were included in the study. These patients were given high frequency ultrasound,X-ray mammography and the combination of the two inspections. All test results were contrasted with pathological results and the statistical data were analyzed. Results The sensitivity of high-frequency ultrasound was 78.0% in the diagnosis of early breast cancer;the sensitivity of mammography X ray was 73.7%;combined sensitivity was 87.5%,the combination method is more sensitive than a single check, the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions High-frequency ultrasonography and mammography X-ray combination can improve the diagnostic rates of early breast cancer and has important clinical value.
