Abstract

100mg/kg dose of sulfamethazine was given to turbot by oral administration at 15±1℃.The contents of sulfamethazine within 96h were determined with High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The concentrations of sulfamethazine in muscle, blood and liver of turbot were best described as a one-compartment open model with lagtime by DAS.2.0.The main parameters were as follows: T1/2 and T1/2ka were 27.413h,8.8h,5.715h,and 1.526h,0.919h,1.358h;Tmax were 8h,4h,6h;Cmax were 31.486μg/mL,40.256μg/mL,26.475μg/mL;CL/F were 0.069L/h·kg,0.142 L/h·kg,and 0.312 L/h·kg;AUC were 1178.428mg/L·h,702.739 mg/L·h,and 320.015 mg/L·h.It was suggested that turbot came into market at least 50d after ceasing utilization of the drug when SM2 was used for disease prevention and treatment.
