On the Choice of a Dynamic Stability in Constitution Amendment in China

Abstract
Constitutional amending in our country does not adopt the mode of revision bill;instead,it is a mixture lying between that mode and the modification constitution text mode.An analysis based on the realistic constitution theories,idea constitution theories and textual constitution theories shows that the stability of the constitution should be a kind of dynamic stability.The stability of the constitution has no inevitable association with whether the constitution is amended or how it is amended.It is concluded in the paper that the modification constitution text mode is more suitable to the concrete circumstances of our country.
