Constitutional Stability and Stable Constitution:A Comparison of the Chinese Constitution and the US Constitution

Constitutional stability lays a foundation for effective maintenance of constitutional order;further,it indicates the principle and the normative feature that a constitution as a basic law as well as legislation is required to represent.Popular awe and belief,the unique textual quality and the interpretation of the US Supreme Court,etc.all contribute to the stability of the US Constitution.To dissolve the relation between stability and applicability and to improve the system of interpretation and modification of the Chinese Constitution,it is of great significance for us to refer to the story behind the stability of the US Constitution and discern the textual faults and defects of our Constitution.
