A Probe into the Modes between Abstract Constitution and Practical Constitution

The composition modes of constitution can be classified into two types--the abstr act and the practical: the former stresses the formalization and essence of constitution, the latter attaches importance to the standardization and practical operations of constitution. While China is stepping from legal construction to rule the country by law, we are striving for a constitutional transformation from the abstr act to the practical. Therefore, in the process, it is of necessity to recognize the operating methods and features, and as the basic work, we should tentatively grasp the corresponding compositions between the two types of constitution.
