Abstract

Objective:To study the curative effect of Naloxone combined with Water-soluble Multivitamins in the treat-ment of acute alcohol intoxication.Methods:152 cases of acute intoxication patients from 2003-2009 were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(78 cases) and control group(74 cases). The treatment group was treated by Naloxone combined with Water-soluble Multivitamins in intravenous injection method, the control group was treated only by Nalox-one in intravenous injection method.Curative effect in two groups after 2 and 4 hours of treatment were observed. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.5%,and the control group was 94.5%,there was no significant difference in two groups(P0.05);however,there were significant differences between two groups in average consciousness time(P 0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of Naloxone combined with Water-soluble Multivitamins in the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication, which can accelerate the body's ethanol metabolization and have the significant effect on consciousness-re-gaining.
