Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of L-ornithine-L-aspartate injection combined with naloxone in treatment of acute alcoholism. Methods 82 cases of acute alcoholism patients were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The control group received Naloxone therapy, and the treated group was given Naloxone and L-ornithine-L-aspartate injection. The therapy effect, change of liver function, time of excitation and dystaxia disappearance, and time of consciousness awakening were detected. Results Effective rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).The time of excited and dystaxia disppearance had no significant difference between mild and middle patients(P0.05).The time of consciousness awakening for severe patients in treated group was short than that in control group and there was less liver damage in treated group than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion L-ornithine-L-aspartate injection combined with naloxone can shorten the time of consciousness awakening for severe patients, alleviate liver injury induced b alcohol, and help recover of severe patients quickly.
