Abstract

Objective It is to observe the effect of Adegold in auxiliary treatment of acute alcohol poison. Methods Ninety patients with acute alcohol poison were divided into Adegold group and control group. The Adegold group were treated with intravenous drip of Adegold 0.4?g and intravenous injection of naloxone 0.8?mg. The control group were treated with intravenous drip of vitamine B 6 0.2?g and vitamine C 5.0?g and intravenous injection of naloxone 0.8?mg. Results The symptoms of acute alcohol poison disappearance time in Adegold group was (97±62) minutes while that in control group was (138±90) minutes. There was significant difference ( P 0.05). Conclusion Adegold had better effect in auxiliary treatment of acute alcohol poison.
