The Construction of Teaching Staff in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools:Under the Perspective of Equilibrium

Currently,the overall quality of rural primary and secondary school teachers still has a great distance with that of the teachers in urban areas in China,which goes against with the strategic objective of our country that requires a balanced development of compulsory education.In order to change this situation,it's demanded to go on the further implementation of the two-way communication system,and provide impetus to vulnerable resources in rural areas with advantageous resources in urban areas.At the same time,we should increase the training of the rural teachers and supplement the quantity timely to give an overall improvement of the construction of teaching staff in rural primary and secondary schools and narrow their gap with teachers in urban areas.
