Research on the Problems and Measures to the Teaching Staff of Rural School

At present,the basic education in rural area is very weak,and there are a lot of problems in the teaching staff,such as lack of quantity,low quality,bad structure,non-smooth management and inflexible system.There are many elements leading to such results,among which the double structure system between city and country,the lack of financial investment and the delay of reform are the main reasons.We shall take efficient measures to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the rural middle school and primary school,to make full use of the function of teachers in education and teaching,to promote the balanced development of education between the city and the rural areas.
