Problems in Teaching Staff of Urban and Rural Arears and Countermeasures

Abstract
It's very important to balance the teaching staff in urban and rural areas,which can lead to the equalization of urban and rural education.In evaluating the balance of the teaching staff in both areas,we should not be misled by the rate of teachers' formal education and the number of the teaching staff in rural areas.We should realize the fact that,on the whole,the teaching ability of rural teachers are still low and there are not enough teachers for every subject.To solve the problems we should exchange the teachers and ask the university graduates to support the teaching in rural areas.And the salary of rural teachers should be increased and the training work should be strengthened so as to reach the aim of equalization of teaching staff in urban and rural areas.
