Abstract

ObjectiveTo observe the does-effect and safety of simvastatin in treating stable angina with hyperlipidemia.Methods100 cases with stable angina with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups(n=50),on the basis of routine treatment.Group A were treated with 20mg does simvastatin per day,and group B with 80mg does simvastatin per day.Adverse reactions were recorded during treatment, and the clinical effects of blood lipid and angina were compared between group A and B before and after 12 weeks treatment.ResultsFor clinical effects,as well as TC,LDL-C,both group achieved significant effect after 12 weeks treatment(P0.01),Group B was more notable than group B(P0.01).Adverse effects emerged evidently after 8 weeks, especially in group B.ConclusionHigher does simvastatin can improve the therapeutic effect in stable angina with hyperlipidemia. It may be much safer in 8 weeks treatment.
