Abstract

Objective To approach the feasibility of the treatment to the unstable angina pectoris(UAP)with high-dose of simvastatin. Methods 90 cases of patients with UAP were randomly divided into Low-dose group with 45 cases and High-dose group with 45 cases, which use drug resistance of angina normally. The group of Low-dose group was based on the given simvastatin 20 mg/d,while the group of high-dose group was based on the given simvastatin 40mg/d,and kept 12 weeks for the course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of group of high-dose simvastatin(93.3 %) is higher than the other group(77.8%)(P0.05) And after the treatment,TC,TG,LDL of the group with high-dose simvastatin were decreased significantly compared with the other group(P0.05).TC,TG and LDL were decreased significantly decreased in both groups(P0.05).Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment, the clinical effect of the treatment to unstable angina with 40 mg simvastatin is significant. The incidence of adverse reactions is not increased significantly. And the treatment has feasibility.
