Definition and Implementation of Government’s Social Function

As two main aspects of government’s social function,society management and public service are different and relative.On one hand,government’s social management and public service have their own target location,main contents and realization method;on the other hand,they are presupposition for each other,mutual transformation,mutual acceleration,and unified by the requirements of strengthening society construction and improving people’s livelihood.While in practice,there are offside,misplacement and vacancy problems when the government implements social function.Therefore,we must update concepts and explore approaches for the implementation of government’s social function.
