Several Key Problem to be Solved on Promoting Social Management Innovation

To promote the innovation of social management,we must follow the principles of the service,the rule of law,market and openness,so as to respect the public rights and interests,and increase the social consensus.At the same time,we must establish the concept of justice,lawfully administration,public management and people-oriented,to construct the new pattern of society management that the Party committee leading,government responsibility,social cooperation and public participation.In addition to these measures,we also should improve the social management mechanism,accelerate the construction of legal system of social management;improve the coordination of interests mechanism,expedite the public opinion feedback channel;innovate the social service's system,build the mechanism of government purchasing the public service;innovate social management system,adhere to the mass line of social management;innovate the means of social management,build evaluation system of social management,in order to improve the scientific level of social management.
