Abstract
Objective:To determine the content of Icariin in Ronggu Granule by HPLC for quality control.Methods:Zorbax-SB-C_(18)(5 μm,4.6×150 mm) column was used with methanol∶water(60∶40)as mobile phase,and the determination wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.1~1.0 μg for Icariin(r=(0.999 9)),the average recovery was 101.7% and RSD was 1.86%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,reliable and accurate for the determination of icariin,it can be used for quality control of this preparation.
