Abstract
Objective To develop a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of danshensul and icariin in zhongliu Ⅰ(traditional Chinese medicines) capsule.Methods The analysis was performed with a KromasilTM C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)column and a mobile phase of acetonitrile-1%(φ) acetic acid solution with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 11.38~227.5 mg·L-1(r=0.999 5)for danshensul and 2.0~40.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6)for icariin,the average recoveries were 98.6%(RSD=1.9%)for danshensul and 96.0%(RSD=0.84%)for icariin.Conclusion This method is convenient and accurate for determination of danshensul and icariin in zhongliu Ⅰ capsule.
