Abstract
Objective To develop a method for the determination of icariin content in gengnianshu tables.Methods HPLC method was adopted,in which C18 column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)was used,acetonitrile-water(30∶70)was taken as a mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 270 nm.Results The good linear range of icariin was displayed in the range of 0.092 μg~1.472 μg,r=0.999 7.The average recovery was 101.4%.Conclusion The method is simple in operation and high in sensitivity and is applicable for icariin content detection in gengnianshu tablets.
