Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronale in treatment of knee osteoarthriti. Methods Clinical data of 128 patients who underwent knee osteoarthriti in Xi'an Electric Power Central Hospital during March 2010 and March 2011 were collected, who were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,64 cases in each. The control group was given triamcinolone articular injection;the treatment group received sodium hyaluronate injection for 5 weeks. The clinical efficacy and half year relapse rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the excellence rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05),and the inefficiency rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than in control group(P0.05).All cases got the follow-up survey after 6 monhts, the relapse rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).No significant systemic adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion The intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in knee osteoarthritis treatment is effective, worthy of promotion in clinic.
