Articular Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in Treatment 40 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients as subjects cases were evaluated,according to the different treatments were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group 40 cases,including the control group song On shrinkage articular injection,the treatment group received sodium hyaluronate injection for 5 weeks.During treatment,not non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other immunomodulatory drugs.Results After 2～8 months,the treatment group was 87.50%,70.00% in control group effective rate,the difference was significant(χ2=4.742,P0.05).And 1～2d after injection,the treatment group private prosecution knees soreness or discomfort in 2 cases,after continued 3d go away.1 case local appears red,hot,swelling phenomenon,a few hours with spontaneous regression.No significant systemic adverse reactions,no one infected.The control group had symptoms,such as the risk of knee soreness or pain,red,hot number not reached total 13 cases.Conclusion The intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in knee osteoarthritis treatment is effective,worthy of promotion.
