Abstract

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of mifepristone conservative treatment with uterine myoma.METHOD From June 2005 to June 2008,46 cases of uterine myoma patients were treated with mifepristone.RESULTS Compared with pre-treatment,the volume of uterine or uterine myoma were significantly deflated(P0.05),resistent index of uterine artery and myoma major blood vessel were significantly increased(P0.05),and the serum FSH,LH,P and E2 after treatment(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS Mifepristone conservatively treated with uterine myoma can deflate uterine volume and decrease serum hormone levels,which is a better medicine.
