Curative Effect Observation on Small Doses of Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Myoma

Objective:To discuss clinical effects of low dose of Mifepristone in the treatment of uterine myoma.Method:68 patients with uterine myoma,oral mifepristone treatment,12.5 mg,once a day,at bedtime,even serving in March.Result:After oral administration of mifepristone in 68 cases of uterine myoma were amenorrhea,symptoms of anemia correction,hemoglobin index rose,in premenopausal patients can cause menopause, tumor volume reduction.Conclusion:Small dose of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids played a certain effect,after the treatment of the adverse reactions,can be used as a uterine leiomyoma a conservative treatment.
