Abstract
[Objective] To evaluate the pathologic entities of percurtaneous renal hiopsy. [Method] 144 patients of renal diseases were put percutaneous renal biopsy. Then their clinical and pathological data was compared and analyzed.[Result] In 144 cases, Nephrotic syndrome accounted for 53.47% and urine abnormal accounted for 22.22%. In 111 primary glomerular disease, IgA nephropathy and mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis occupied 33.33% and 20.72%. In 32 secondary glomerular diseases, the main diseases were lupus nephritis, HBV associated glomerulonephritis and glomerulonephritis of Henoch-Scholein purpura.[Conclusion]Renal biopsy was very important to diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease.
