Clinical pathological analysis of 51 renal biopsy

Objective To assess the value of renal biopsy in diagnosis and Treatment of the kidney disease.Methods 51 cases of percutaneous renal biopsy were performed.The pathologic entities were analyzed retrospectively and the clinical characteristics of renal diseases were concluded.Results In these 51 cases of renal biopsy.Primary glomerular diseases accounted for 82.4%.Secondary glomerular diseases accounted for 17.6%.In primary glomerular diseases,the IgA nephropathy was the most frequent type.In secondary glomerular diseases,The lupus nephritis(LN) was the most frequent type.Conclusion A renal biopsy was necessary to the patients with kidney disease,particularly it will play an important role in treatment and prognosis for kidney disease.The indication of renal biopsy will enlarged.
