Abstract

Objective To retrospectively summarize the renal pathological entities from 861 cases of renal biopsy. To survey features and pathological types of glomerular diseases. Methods Between January 2008 to January 2009,861 cases of percutaneous renal biopsy were performed. The pathologic entities were analyzed retrospectively and the clinical pathological characteristics of renal diseases were concluded. Results Primary glomerular diseases accounted for 85.6%.Secondary glomerular diseases accounted for 13.4%,interstitial nephritis 0.8%,transplant nephropathy 0.2%.In primary glomerular diseases,IgA nephropathy, mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis, minor glomerular abnormalities, minimal change disease, membrane nephropathy, was accounted for 21.5%,19.5%,17%,11.7%,9.6%,respectively.In secondary glomerular diseases, lupus nephritis,HBV-associated nephritis, diabetic nephropathy, accounted for 6.2%,3.1%,1.4%.Conclusion Primary glomerular disease was the most common renal disease occrurred in patients.IgA was predominant.LN was the most common in secondary glomerular diseases.
