Analysis of 107 Renal Biopsy

Abstract

Objective To study the significance of renal biopsy on renal disease.Methods We use the Suction technique of renal biopsy for 107 renal disease patients by ultrasound.Results In these 107 patients,according to etiological factor,Primary glomerulonephritis account for 69%.The most frequent physiologic type is IgA nephropathy,and account for 36.5%.Secondary glomerulonephritis account for 31%.Lupus nephritis(LN) account for 63.6%,which was the most frequent type of secondary glomerular disease.Conclusions Renal biopsy play an important role in the diagnosis,therapy and evaluate prognosis of renal disease.
